With our 99.5% guaranteed uptime, your website will at most be unavailable 3 hours and 39 minutes during any given month. Our clients understand that a 0.5% margin for error and network upgrades is quite reasonable.



A guarantee is only as good as the issuer. Some providers guarantee the uptime, but offer no compensation for failure. Because we can stand behind our guarantee, we provide our clients with no charge for the month in which we fail to meet our 99.5% uptime guarantee. Simply put, if a client hosted on one of our virtual servers registers less than 99.5% for the month, then at the end of the month the client will receive 1 month of full credit for their service.
