What is the
minimum fee due for a new virtual domain?
There is a one-time setup fee of $49.00
plus your first 3 months of hosting for $99.00 is due, which totals
$148.00. This $148.00 fee will cover your setup and first 3 months of
hosting service and includes all of the features we offer--there are
absolutely no hidden fees! You get it all and more for one low
price. Additional savings may be realized by signing up for one or two
years prepaid.
Keep in mind that virtual domain
accounts will also be billed up to $70 by the InterNIC for their virtual
domain name and up to $35 thereafter.

What is the minimum time commitment for new accounts?
We require a minimum 3 month commitment for our
hosting services. Many of our clients decide to get a better monthly
rate by signing up for a longer time commitment. This minimum time
commitment is irrevocable and no refunds are given for leaving early.

What credit cards does Techtrade

How long does it take to set-up
my account if I pay by check?
Techtrade guarantees your account will be setup
within 8 hours of the time your payment has been received and your check
has been cleared. Once your account is set up an activation notice will
be sent to you via e-mail including a login, password, and FTP hostname.
You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately
thereafter. Domain account users will be given a temporary URL (IP
address) to access their site via the web prior to the completion of
either domain propagation or transfer.

inaccessible by any third parties?
Techtrade accepts orders online via our Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL). This protocol is 128-bit PNP encryption that

Techtrade understands that some of our
prospective clients may be uneasy sending personal information (and
credit card numbers in the future) over the Internet. Therefore, we can also
accept your order via US mail. You can fill out our order

The renewal fee for virtual domain and sub-domain accounts is a
$99.00 fee. This fee covers all hosting services and features for 3 months.

Are the same payment options available for renewal fees?
The same payment options are available for renewal fees as for initial account setup fees. We must receive payment before your renewal date or we will
cancel your account. A re-activation fee of $25.00 will be assessed to
set up your web site again.

Will I receive notification of my renewal?
We will assume that you want us to cancel your
account if we do not receive payment before the due date. A
re-activation fee of $25.00 is due to re-instate your web site privileges.
We will NOT cancel your account if you let us know in writing that you
want to continue your account indefinitely until YOU cancel.

What do I do if I wish to cancel my hosting
service with Techtrade?
If you wish to cancel your hosting and other services
with Techtrade, just e-mail us and indicate that you do
not wish to renew your contract once your term is complete. If you have
any complaints about our service, please let us know.
If possible, please state the reason you are leaving us, we will not try
to convince you to stay, rather this information is valuable to us in
improving the quality of our services.
